Compassion vs Punishment: Can Addiction be Destigmatized?
This event is no longer on sale.
As part of our special exhibition We Are For Freedoms, join us for a town hall that explores the stigmatization of people struggling with substance use disorder. This free event will provide a platform for a facilitated conversation that seeks to encourage a more active, collaborative, and inclusive community. A diverse group of speakers will share their stories and then invite all to participate in the conversation. Event will include a special performance from Hope Ensemble Choir from Hope for Recovery and will be moderated by Emily Cargill, Carsey Fellow at New Hampshire Listens.
FREE but seats are limited.
Donations for a food drive to benefit NH Food Bank will be collected at the front door. Galleries open until 5 pm so be sure to come early or stay after the event to enjoy We Are For Freedoms.
