Accessibility in the Arts: Is Expression Really Free to All?

This event is no longer on sale.

Monday January 20

2:00 PM  –  3:30 PM

As part of our special exhibition We Are For Freedoms, join us for a town hall that considers the varied forms that artistic expression can take with the goal of starting a deeper conversation about accessibility in the arts. This discussion will be led by artists and other creatives in the humanities and disability advocates. They will share their experiences of barriers to free artistic expression, as well as how they have worked to overcome them. This free event will provide a platform for a facilitated conversation that seeks to encourage a more active, collaborative, and inclusive community.  All attendees will be invited to participate in the conversation.

FREE but seats are limited.

Galleries open until 5 pm so be sure to come early or stay after the event to enjoy We Are For Freedoms. Winter Garden Cafe open until 3:30 pm.
