This event is no longer on sale online. Tickets may be available at the door if any remain. Please check with Guest Services.

Sunday May 8

2:00 PM  –  2:45 PM

The depth of Andy Warhol’s art extends beyond his infamous prints of pop culture, making over 500 screen tests and directing or producing over 150 films. The Currier Museum of Art is proud to present Gregory Pierce, curator of the Warhol Museum, for an ARTalk to complement Screen Tests, currently on exhibition through July 3. What was the impetus for Screen Tests? How are they relevant almost sixty years later? Pierce, Warhol scholar and filmmaker, will expound upon these questions while taking a deeper dive into Warhol’s creative process.
