Frank Lloyd Wright as Composer

Frank Lloyd Wright, and Isadore J. and Lucille Zimmerman shared a profound love of music celebrated in the Zimmerman House.  As a result, Wright's modernist design features outstanding acoustics for live and recorded music.  He also saw music and architecture as parallel art forms, linked by the experiential rhythms each had the power to create.  Join us for a discussion of the intriguing role of music in guiding Wright’s vision for the one-of-a-kind Zimmerman House.
